Halloween Treat Bag Idea

I have found the Coolest, Cutest, Inexpensive DIY treat bag on Pinterest. I also made a Print off for the labels. The one I found on Pinterest was a missing link so I cant credit the actual creator.. Here are the treat bags I made today for my upcoming  Kids Halloween Party.

Checking In...

Well Alexa is really loving school. The teacher also has great things to say about her too and made sure I knew that Alexa was a Joy to have in her class. We had a class tea party it was great. The kids all enjoyed it and we wore the biggest hats we could find.
 She counts down the days till Monday, since they don't have school Fridays it makes for a long weekend but the countdown to Monday begins on Thursdays at 11:15am. We made mini tarts for the tea party.  Mini fillo shells with lemon pie filling and cool whip mixed together and topped with raspberries. They were a hit the kids loved them. There were lots more goodies too. 
      It has been pretty hot here we started off Sept with 104....Yesterday and today we have weather in the 80's. Its awesome to have this cool down,But Monday were right back up to 100 :(  We are ready for full time cooler weather. I have fall scents, fall decor indoors and out, and fall clothes and shoes in the closet now were just waiting impatiently for the weather.  Yes I will be the one wearing fall boots, and cardis in the 90 degree weather just because its Sept and because I can. haha!!

My Very Special First Day of School..

Well Today will be a memorable day. She was so excited she could barely sleep last night.  I woke her up one time and she hopped right up. WOW!! This is was a first. Hope it stays this way.. We were ready  this morning with lots of time to spare. Last night we read the book called the KISSING HAND. Great book about a racoon and his first day school, mom kisses his palm of his hand closes it up and no matter if he washes his hand the kiss will always be there. You open your hand and put it up to your cheek and you feel the warmth of the kiss. I kissed her hand closed it and she will have my kiss at school all day. And she did the same for me too. Extra special kisses for me too. :)  She also has her rock that we picked out on a walk the other day, its has a heart and a smiley face on it, she keeps it in her back pack.  She will do great in school she will need to learn to share the spotlight and  probably have some problems with talk, talk, talk. Just like momma we have lots to say. Love her and know will be great. My princess is growing up way way way toooo fast.
